Captain John's Marina is a very small marina at his private residence. As such it provides a very quiet and peaceful location with all the amenities offered by the big marinas and only a short distance from all the facilities the Rio has to offer. There are only six slips to accommodate up to six vessels at any one time.
Our anchor systemconsists of two 2000 lb concrete anchors 120 feet apart with a 1/2" steel cable stretched between them. From that cable are lines leading to the dock for use by each med tied boat. This system provides the best vessel security and eliminates the need for boat owners to use their own anchors. Click here to see the pictures
